Agent Services
- Filter Joining Agents by state. Check “Only show my own states” to only show the Joining Agents in your state(s).
Finance
- New Agent Income Dashboard. View agent income and 1099s. In a future release, the Agent Income Dashboard will be visible to each agent.
- Upload documents to an agent’s profile. This is particularly useful when you are processing bank account updates.
Transaction Team and Managers
- Modify initiated transactions. Transaction managers now can delete the buyer, seller or both sides of a transaction. Previously, this would have to be completed by a developer.
- Changes to Skyslope for better effectiveness. eXp Enterprise has been updated to reduce the number of Skyslope changes that result in sending a transaction back to Pending Close status. This allows you to spend more time on transactions requiring attention.
