With the launch of Nebraska, eXp Realty now operates in 47 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces with more than 6,500 agents across North America.
Randy Carroll will lead eXp Realty’s operations in Nebraska. Based in Omaha and with more than 15 years working in real estate, Randy has worked as an agent, managed brokerage offices in Nebraska and Iowa, and served on the board of directors for the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors and as task force chairman for the Southwest Iowa Multiple Listing Service.
In addition to expanding into Nebraska, eXp Realty continues to add hundreds of real estate professionals every month, the following are some of the new eXp Realty agents from across the country:
- Mike Costigan, Georgia: Mike founded REO Rockstars, an instructional resource site. In 2006, he ranked No. 1 in North Atlanta and No. 36 in the world by RE/MAX; and he received the RE/MAX Diamond award, for gross commissions of more than $1 million in one year, which also put him in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
- Suzette Decker, Kentucky: Suzette has more than 30 years of experience in corporate relocation management and residential sales. In 2015 and 2016, she received RE/MAX’s 100% Club award, which recognizes levels of productivity of more than double the industry average. In 2017, Suzette was among the top five percent of agents by sales volume in Louisville.
- Curtis Johnson, Arizona: A real estate agent for more than 19 years, Curtis also is a best-selling author, speaker and trainer. His team repeatedly ranks among the REAL Trends Best Real Estate Teams in America, reaching as high as No. 50. Curtis regularly appears in publications such as REALTOR Magazine and CNN Money as well as on international television newsmagazines.
- William Mahan, Oklahoma: A residential and commercial real estate agent for more than five years, William repeatedly is named a Top Agent in Oklahoma City. During the first half of 2017, he ranked No. 16 in the United States by Keller Williams. William also serves on industry leadership committees and as a mentor to other agents.
- Victoria Vo, Florida: A real estate agent for more than six years, Victoria is an advocate for Asian-American homeownership and is dedicated to the growth of home sales for this market. Victoria serves on the global business committee for Florida Realtors, and is a founding member and current President of the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
