  • Filter Joining Agents by state. Check “Only show my own states” to only show the Joining Agents in your state(s).

Finance

  • New Agent Income Dashboard. View agent income and 1099s. In a future release, the Agent Income Dashboard will be visible to each agent.

  • Upload documents to an agent’s profile. This is particularly useful when you are processing bank account updates.

Transaction Team and Managers

  • Modify initiated transactions. Transaction managers now can delete the buyer, seller or both sides of a transaction. Previously, this would have to be completed by a developer.
  • Changes to Skyslope for better effectiveness. eXp Enterprise has been updated to reduce the number of Skyslope changes that result in sending a transaction back to Pending Close status. This allows you to spend more time on transactions requiring attention.

SABs: What’s New In Enterprise For You?

Open some cheer a little early this year next time you sign into eXp Enterprise. Now eXp Enterprise has features just for SABs.

The new SAB Dashboard gives you a quick view into your agents’ details such as production, transactions, agent growth and top performers. It also is easy to toggle between data from the current month to date or anniversary year, which includes the activity through the end of the previous month. The SAB Dashboard gives you autonomy and greater visibility into metrics and information about your state.

From the new Office Agents Overview page now you can:

  • See an Agent’s Dashboard as that agent sees it: Select any agent in your Office Agents list to view their Agent Dashboard.
  • Easily create an agent contact or email list: You can now export a list of your agents, including email addresses.

Don’t see the link right now? It will appear once you have fees to pay.

Video & eXp: Where We Are and Where We Are Going

Almost everyday, our marketing team or one of our agents has a great idea about a new video that can help our company continue to grow. That makes me happy as we have plans for video in the near future, and it has a direct tie to my past experience and passion.

A long time ago, after I graduated with a marketing degree, I had this crazy thought that television was lacking in marketing pros that also could make commercials, direct the news and even be on the air from time to time. I realized that dream and spent the next dozen years working at TV stations across the Midwest. I worked with local merchants to help them gain new customers, produced local newscasts, made smart and dumb programming decisions, and was even part of a classic TV blooper that Dick Clark showed on national TV.

A lot has changed. Today, anyone with a phone can make a video that used to cost thousands of dollars, and the internet allows for immediate distribution. For the most part, it’s a fantastic advancement for all of us who want to share everything from a business opportunity to that favorite karaoke performance.

At eXp Realty, we’ve made a few videos that agents like to use, but as our new marketing team has worked hard to refine our messaging, it’s now time to get off the sidelines and get into the game.

Our plan is to consistently provide videos that tie to the many benefits of being part of eXp Realty. Just like how we provide a variety of collateral pieces (with more always in the pipeline), video is also an important asset you’ll see from us in 2018. These videos generally will be less than 4 minutes, and feature not only images and on-target messages, but also agents from around the country and staff.

Initially, the videos we produce will focus on these areas:

eXp World Holdings Reports Record Third Quarter 2017 Results

Revenue increased 203% year-over-year to $48.1 million

  • Record revenue of $48.1 million, increase of 203% year-over-year
  • Record cash flow of $3.3 million, increase of 255% year-over-year
  • Record real estate agent increase of 173% year-over-year, surpassed 5,000 in early October

BELLINGHAM, WA — Nov. 14, 2017 — eXp World Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: EXPI), the holding company for eXp Realty, LLC, the agent-owned cloud brokerage®, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2017.

Third Quarter 2017 Financial Summary

  • Revenue increased 203% to a record $48.1 million from $15.8 million in the third quarter of 2016. This represents 22% growth quarter-over-quarter, from $39.6 million in the second quarter of 2017.
  • Gross margin grew 96% year-over-year for the same quarter to $4.81 million; $12.1 million year-to-date compared to $5.3 million for the same nine-month period in 2016.
  • Net loss was $7.8 million, or $(0.15) per diluted share, compared to net loss of $14.6 million, or $(0.29) per diluted share in the third quarter of 2016.
  • Adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP financial measure) decreased 24% to $0.6 in the third quarter of 2017, compared to $0.8 in the third quarter of 2016.
  • Cash flow from operations increased 255% to $3.3 million from $0.9 million in the third quarter of 2016. This represents 106% growth quarter-over-quarter, compared to $1.6 million in the second quarter of 2017.

Third Quarter 2017 Operating and Business Highlights

  • Increased the number of agents and brokers on the eXp Realty platform by 173% to 4,952, compared to 1,816 on the same date last year. This represents 26% growth quarter-over-quarter, compared to 3,913 at the end of the second quarter of 2016.
  • Surpassed a 5,000-agent milestone in early October 2017.
  • Hired Mary Frances Coleman as chief operating officer, Vicki Olafson as vice president of employee experience and Macie Hawkes as general counsel.
  • Expanded into Mississippi and Ontario, Canada.
